Design & Order Process for Konoba BBQ Products

Many of our Konoba BBQ & Grills products are custom-designed and manufactured based on consultation. Our process includes:

  1. Initial Consultation – Discuss your outdoor cooking needs and preferences with our team or an authorised reseller.

  2. Design Confirmation – Once specifications are agreed upon, a detailed quote and design approval will be provided along with payment terms and conditions

  3. Production & Lead Time – Products are manufactured to order, with estimated lead times advised upon confirmation.

  4. Shipping & Delivery – Once ready, your order will be dispatched and tracked.

Due to the custom nature of these items, once production has commenced, orders may not be cancelled or modified under any circumstances 


Restocking Fee & Return Conditions

Except as expressly stated herein, Buyers may not return any goods without Konoba BBQ & Grills’ prior written consent. If a return is approved:

  • A restocking/handling fee will apply, subject to change. Please contact us to confirm the applicable fee which is usually 20% of the invoice price on that product.

  • If the item was specially ordered or manufactured, and cannot be returned to the original manufacturer, we are under no obligation to accept a return, and the Buyer remains liable for the full purchase price.

All goods must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Any damages, discrepancies, or incorrect items must be reported within this timeframe. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
