Warranty information

All KONOBA products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, provided the products are installed and used according to the instructions specified on our website  

If the product needs to be inspected by  a authorised Konoba technician to determine the nature of the defect. Our commitment is to offer a quick and effective response by diagnosing and proposing solutions to the problem within up to 72 business hours. 

Products need to be returned to the place of purchase, Shipping costs and return cost of goods are not covered under the warranty 

Warranty does not cover Non-functioning or failures due to electrical supply issues at the location where the product is installed. 

If the warranty is invoked, at your discretion, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the customer. If  no defect is confirmed, associated costs, such as travel, technical hours, and replacement, will be communicated and charged to the client 

Konoba commits to resolving the claim within up to 30 business days from the notification date."

Please keep all  PRODUCT INVOICES AND RECEIPTS .

 

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Products or parts damaged due to transportation or handling accidents, scratches, dents, or acts and effects of nature (lightning, flooding, landslides, etc.) and improper storage.

• Over time, it is common for stainless steel parts to change color. Proper maintenance and cleaning can reduce this effect, which is not considered a defect.
Defects arising from improper installation performed by a technician not authorised by Konoba.

 

The product was subject to misuse, neglect, or alterations, modifications.

IMPORTANT:

This equipment is designed to use charcoal and wood . Other fuels, whether solid, liquid, or gas unless specified  , are not allowed under any circumstances, under the risk of voiding the warranty.
Use wood in a moderate manner.

Before using it for the first time, check that all parts are properly assembled as described.
Do not use any accessories on the Konoba Grills that are not a Konoba approved products and recommended for your equipment. The equipment is intended for domestic use and must be installed in a location with permanent ventilation.
Do not use the Konoba products to burn paper, cardboard, plastics, etc.

WARNING:

The Konoba BBQ products produces heat, and as a result, the external parts may also become hot. To avoid accidents, do not touch the external surfaces of the product
during use.
