📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Pre-packaged BBQ kits & accessories (no customisation): usually dispatched within 72  hours, depending on stock.

  • Custom orders: please speak with our sales team to confirm lead times.


🚚 Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

We aim to ship all orders quickly, though delays may occur during peak periods or sales.

Need your order by a specific date? Contact us, and we’ll help select the best shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery times by location:

  • Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide: 2-5 working days

  • Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville: 5-7 working days

  • Hobart: 6-8 working days

  • Perth: 10-15  working days

  • Darwin: 10-15  working days

💰 Delivery Charges

Shipping fees are based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are clearly outlined on your invoice.

We ship to all non-PO Box addresses across:

📍 Receiving Your Delivery

A person must be present at the delivery address to accept the order.
If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply depending on your location.


Forklift Access

Letting us know if you have forklift access on-site helps us:

  • Select the appropriate delivery method

  • Apply the correct freight charges

  • Avoid delivery delays
